low carb flatbread madness: keto bread for every meal?

0

I was just minding my own business, flipping through some random meal plans, and stumbled upon this whole *low carb flatbread* craze. It’s supposed to be delicious, keto-friendly, gluten-free, and even works for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Seriously, can one flatbread do all that? Anyway, I dove a bit deeper (okay, I got curious) and found it involves using a bunch of non-traditional bread ingredients like almond flour and cheese. Yeah, cheese in bread. It’s like a mad scientist creation or something.

There’s a whole movement, apparently. I mean, people are tossing it into every meal like it’s some kind of magical solution. Breakfast with eggs? Check. Lunch with a dollop of avocado? Done. Dinner with, I dunno, more bacon? Perfect. The gluten-free folks must be secretly high-fiving each other. But let’s be honest, between all the mixing, kneading, and oven antics, it seems like it might just cause more drama than it solves. Like, I can barely make toast before work.

Also, don’t even get me started on carnivore and keto dieters thinking they’ve found the holy grail of bread-making. Because who doesn’t want to eat a 1,200-calorie protein bomb shaped like a slice of bread, right? Honestly, the way it hits all these dietary needs in one go is kind of amusing. It’s like trying to make everyone happy at a party with one flavor of cake. Tall order.

At some point, I just have to wonder about all these new trends and their staying power. I mean, good bread is good bread, whether you sprinkle some fancy dietary terms on it or not. My eyes still hurt from all the almond flour calculations, and I’m craving something as simple as a bagel now. Damn. I guess next time, I’ll stick to simpler categories, like stuffed chicken or something. Ugh.
