so, about this diet drama…
Walked into Modern Body Clinic last week, and I gotta say, the conversation was unexpected. I just overheard two guys debating about the damn Carnivore vs Keto thing. Like, seriously, the vibe was like a geek duel over some fantasy RPG rules.

I’ve read up on this like everyone else—why is it such a battlefield, though? Keto dieters are all about showing off their avocado toast (fancy toppings and all), while the carnivore crew brags about feasting on ribeye like it’s a medieval fest. It’s kind of hilarious. I mean, do these folks think their diet will unlock some hidden superpower or something?
So, I talked to Susie at the clinic (she’s like the gentle soul who sprinkles understanding into every conversation), and apparently people actually believe these diets are the golden ticket to eternal life. I kinda doubt this epic rivalry resolves anytime soon. But, let’s be real. Who even has time or energy to stick to these ultra-specific rules long-term?

You have to admit, there is a weird thrill in comparing the two, like watching a reality show. There’s probably even an online forum dissecting some nutritional facts straight out of a science paper. And oh, I get it—”research” with coffee in one hand, tapping away on a phone with crumbs from last night’s pizza on your shirt (or was that just me last Sunday?).
Anyway, who hasn’t fallen into that? My eyes still hurt. I need coffee. Ugh.
