why oat water?

Why, oh why, are people chugging oats blended with water and lime juice in the morning (or ever)? It’s 2025, and TikTok has lost its collective mind. Seriously, who thought, ‘You know what sounds like a great idea? Liquefied porridge with a squirt of citrus.’ Wake up! You’re not tricking your body into anything that resembles satiation, you’re just drinking mush.

And calling it ‘Oatzempic’? Really? It’s oatmeal soup with delusions of Grandeur, trying to act all fancy and life-changing. Just eat regular oats, people, with a spoon like a civilized human. You don’t need to blend them into oblivion and pretend you’re on some kind of revolutionary diet.

The so-called ‘Oatzempic’ is supposed to keep you full just like a drug with an actually useful purpose. What a joke. You could just as well eat sawdust if you want to fill up on cheap nonsense. Clearly, the world thrives on bizarre trends that make no sense but here we are. I’m done.
